The first goal of the PRO LOCO had been achieved, it had been demonstrated that by working together, without controversy, without personalisms, with enthusiasm and sacrifice, involving the whole country, it was possible to revive Pitelli as it once was, to make it alive and vital.
We are just at the beginning of our and your work, we are still working within the Association, both administratively and organizationally to create a structure that can, with the help of all Pitellesi, make our Country known, grow and enhance. There are so many things to do, and the enthusiasm must grow and involve everyone. We want to work together with the other Entities and Associations that still exist in Pitelli, to whom we extend our heartfelt thanks for the support they have given us in this initial phase of ours and with whom we want to continue to collaborate and work together for the good of the Country.
The PRO LOCO PITELLI whose official name is “Associazione Turistica Pro Loco di Pitelli” was officially born on August 18, 2012, the date of filing and registration of the statute. It all started between July and August 2012 from the initiative of a group of young people from Pitelli who launched the idea of a celebration that would involve the entire country, both in terms of inhabitants and spaces.
A celebration that was to take place inside the town, in the “carrobi” and no longer limited to the Piazza degli Orti like the classic celebrations held up to now in various years.
The PRO LOCO PITELLI whose official name is “Associazione Turistica Pro Loco di Pitelli” was officially founded on 18 August 2012, the date of filing and registration.
